Students learn about the software and hardware infrastructure oriented towards design. They also learn about the history and development of computers. They study digital image formats, i.e. the characteristics of raster and vector graphics. They make a comparative analysis of the chosen references (procedures and outcomes) in the domains of digital compositing, photography, illustration, graphic design and 3D modelling. The emphasis is put on computer literacy as a condition for further development and creative thinking in the context of computer design.
