Students learn the standards of design, production and the use of printed packaging. Furthermore, they learn about the history of packaging design. The students learn about the design features of graphic sheets which are, during a final stage, arranged into a special-purpose packaging. They also learn about the use of suitable materials for paper packaging, as well as about the finishing processes (cropping, folding and joining). They make packaging prototypes according to the given production, aesthetic and ergonomic standards.
