Students consolidate and improve the knowledge obtained in Fundamentals of Design and Fundamentals of Construction. They study the esthetical, functional and design qualities of different spatial structures. They analyse and compare modern and contemporary concepts in the domains of spatial installations, sculpture, stage design, interior design, industrial design and architecture. Through practical work they carry out design projects from sketching and technical drawing to making a prototype or a 3D model presented in the materials suitable for modelling (art foam, cardboard, balsa, wire, foil, clay, etc).
